Start your Sunday with balance. ease out of your sleepy yin state as you gently and slowly wake up the body's deeper tissues through seated static holds. Paired with juicy rebound counterposes, you'll enhance your capacity and sharpen your sensitivity for movement and flow of Qi (life force energy).

The more dynamic, warming Yang portion will entail some combination of breath-to-movement gentle vinyasa, muscle activation exercises, or Tai-Chi–inspired sequences to wake us up through the muscles and blood (Yang tissues).

The Yin & Yang practice brings together the two sides of the whole: create some space through awareness, acceptance and breath, and then explore this new space through movement.
