Yin, Restore and Meditate (LIVESTREAM) {17:15–18:45 CET / 9:15–10:45 PST}

this class will be live-streamed via Zoom from HAR Studio.

  • If you have already signed up through the Urban Sports Club app or Fitogram, you don't need to do anything else after that!

What you need:

  • a yoga mat (or rug or carpet space)

  • 2 blankets, to roll up as prop or drape over you for warmth

  • thick books or yoga blocks (not entirely necessary)

  • 1-2 pillows and/or couch cushion

  • eye mask or something to cover the eyes with (like a sleeve of a sweater)

  • a chair! (low-to-the-ground mattress / bed frame also works) and wall space
