**to ensure ultimate comfort & respect everyone’s space, we are capping the event at 20 mats** the prerequisites:
• arrive on a somewhat-empty stomach, without any external experience enhancers in your system. (happy to clarify if needed.)
• a willingness to be still, to be outwardly silent, to seek comfort in the discomfort, and to journey inward with a healthy amount of curiosity, trust & nonjudgment.
• warm & loose clothing! layers & socks to keep you warm: Friday night sleepover chic. • bring a journal & pen if you’re the type who likes to collect insights & ideas in the moment.
• bring a mat if you have one, a small pillow if possible (blankets, mats, props, eye pillows provided).

for those who need to know a bit more to commit, this is an extended class that blends the following practices and modalities: bodywork (in the realm of Qi-stimulating Yin & full-body surrendering Restorative yoga poses), breathwork, guided sleep meditation (Yoga Nidra), soundbath & vibration.
we are vibrational beings, and there is a particularly potent opportunity when we come together with a clear intention as a group. our hope is for a coherent hive of nervous systems humming in unison to entrain and shift the collective frequency. through intentional use of live, unpredictable sounds & a systematic technique to guide the physical body into sleep, brain waves will oscillate between the twilighty & relaxed alpha and dreamy & insightful theta, potentially even deep-sleep delta, while a part of your mind maintains a sense of detached awareness of it all.
